    Why does secularism make people feel insecure? Surely he means secularism makes religious people insecure, rather that “everyone”. My heart bleeds.

    Indeed, I’m fairly sure that the people he’s talking about are his fellow Christians, especially when you consider the overall point he went on to make.

    And yes, my heart too. Boo hoo.
